Quality Advocate
As a Quality Advocate, you will work closely with our development team in an analyst/QA position testing, identifying annual program changes, coordinating the implementation of program changes and fixes, and communicating with IRS and state departments of revenue. You will also work closely with our customer service team responding to customer inquiries.

Going forward...our customer service manager has announced plans to retire. Our goal for this position is therefore to find somebody who will take over the management of customer service within one to two years.

Requirements:
We are looking for somebody with excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Preference will be given to individuals with database, QA, and customer service experience. Experience with taxes and PDF technology also preferable but not required. With our team spread out around the country, a willingness to collaborate virtually with team members via email, text messaging, and videoconferencing is an absolute must.
